At the same time, this news hit home hard cos it brings forward the reality that we guys born in 1974 are no longer spring chickens..
Try and live life to the fullest, get medial insurance and don't forget to get the annual physical check-up done, guys ...

I am totally shocked beyond words! Lincoln was a good friend even from primary school days. My deepest condolence to the wife and family.
