Just wanna share with you guys some pictures taken while I was Down Under recently, re-living some old lessons by Alice Chia - our geography teacher! On the left, are the geysers near Lake Roturua in New Zealand (looks like Mount Doom).A farm near Waikato, also in North Island. There were a couple emus in there too. As I traveled around Auckland, funny how the names of the places sound so familiar from our old geography textbooks - the words Hamilton, Rotorua and (Dataran) Waikato just seems to roll off the tongue.
On the left is the beautiful Auckland skyline taken when we were at sea. Note the self proclaimed tallest building in the Southern Hemisphere- the Auckland Sky Tower. Nowhere as tall as the ones in KL though.Next, is the quintessential postcard picture for any visitors to Sydney.
The jewel in the crown of the Blue Mountains in Sydney- the Three Sisters rock formation.
Next up is the famous Bondi Beach, Sydney. Used to be a nudist beach but unfortunately now it isn't.
The picture on the left is taken at a vineyard at the Barossa Valley in Adelaide. Wine aficionados will be familiar with the Jacobs Creek label - which vineyard is in the vicinity too.
Lastly is a picturesque autumn setting of a cafe taken in the cowboy town of Harndorf, in Adelaide Hills, near Adelaide.
